2. Online Courses & Workshops
Refunds for online courses, tuition classes, and workshops are generally not available after the course or workshop has commenced. However, in cases where a cancellation request is made before the start date, a partial refund may be issued, subject to a processing fee.

• Demo Classes: Free demo classes are offered, so users are encouraged to utilize these before enrolling in paid sessions.

• Workshops: Refunds for cancellations made before the start date may be processed, subject to a processing fee of 0-75%, depending on the timing of the request (2-15 days before the start of the online course or workshop).

• No Refunds: Once the course has started or one day before the workshop, no refunds will be issued.

3. Vocational Programs
Refunds for vocational programs, including one-on-one classes, are subject to the program's specific refund policy, outlined at registration. Please check the course details, as refund eligibility may vary based on program type and duration.

• Cancellations: Requests for cancellation before the first session may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing fee.

All sales of physical books and digital materials are final. Refunds or returns are not accepted for these items unless the item arrives damaged or is defective.

• Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days for an exchange or refund.

5. Digital Products
Refunds for digital downloads, e-books, and other electronic materials are not available, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
